Ethan and I also made a couple cars. We planned to run them in the "open" races that followed the Cub Scouts. Unfortunately, we didn't know the open races had no rules. Our cars were within the Cub Scout weight 5oz limit and we both got creamed by cars and trucks weighing pounds. Next year we'll be ready.
In the end, we all had a great time and Ben came in first for his Ward Cub Scout Pack. Well done Ben!! : )

Pinewood derbys are always so much fun. There is so much energy. I love how Ben is a scout from head to toe. Alex gets to do it next year.
