Thanksgiving in Maryland

Becky was kind enough to host another family Thanksgiving (Becky Rocks!!).

Before we could enjoy eating way too much food, the Fredrick Turkey Trot is an annual tradition. This year Rachel joined in with the Becky and Mike to run the 5K.

I should take this moment to point out how super cool I looked. It's times like these that I realize I could have been a male model and made super cool "steel" faces like this one.

The whole group did great and we were ready to head home for a ridiculous amount of food.

Ben pitched-in with Grandma Morey to help bake the rolls.

Me and my Dad. : ) It means a lot to me that I am close enough to be around my parents and at least one of my sisters. I wish they were all closer.

What's Thanksgiving without an after Turkey nap?

Time to make the Pies. Ethan was getting anxious.

It's a favorite for the kids... Grandma Morey tucking them into bed.

Rachel's Birthday Party

Rachel turned twelve this year. So we (Dave) decided that she should have a birthday party to celebrate the big event. She invited friends from church and school to go "candle pin" bowling and then have a sleepover. As you can see, the girls enjoyed themselves, and Rachel had a memorable day.

The morning after.
