Family Celibration for Ethan's 5th Birthday

Bethany was out of town for Ethan's actual birthday. Unfortunately, it took us quite a while to get a family celebration put together. We finally picked a Saturday, got a cake, and gave Ethan the presents we had bought for him beforehand. Afterward, we had gotten some discount tickets to a New England Revolution (soccer) game. They were playing the LA Galaxy (David Beckham's team) so we decided to try and have a family outing.

Once we got everyone settled in, we had a great time. Our team lost 2-1, but I must say. Beckham is an impressive player. He doesn't really waste any movements, and makes his passes count. We tried to point this out to Rachel. Who knows how much she heard. :-)

Doesn't everyone look so happy for Ethan to celebrate his birthday again?

Rachel is looking very grown up. She's not even 12 yet! Yikes!!
