Welcome - Sarah Ann Morey

We welcomed Sarah Ann Morey into our family yesterday. She was 8 pounds 1/2 ounces and 20 inching in length. Bethany and Sarah are both well and happy.

Today the family had a chance to meet Sarah ↓

Soccer, Soccer, Soccer - Another Year

Rachel's soccer has begun again this year. David and the boys went out to support her.

Ben took this picture. Sadly, Ethan was a bit upset he had to wait his turn. ↓

Ben and Ethan are huge fan's of of a cartoon series called "Ben Ten." In the show the main character (named "Ben") can change into various aliens by the use of a special watch (called the "Omnitrix"). Below, you see Ben's super cool "Omnitrix." He has it with him just in case he has to become a Super Hero and save everyone from the marauding aliens.

Girls Scouts on Ice

Rachel and I (David) had great time with Girls Scouts a couple Friday's ago. We went to a local professional Ice Hockey game in Lowell, MA. I believe they are a farm team for the New Jersey Devils.

This first image was taken at the beginning of the 3rd period. There seemed to be plenty of seats : ) ↓

Rachel and I sat with her Girl Scout Troop. ↓

As one would expect in every Hockey game... we had the obligatory fist fight. ↓

Following the game, they opened up the ice for the Girls Scouts to skate on. ↓

It was a great time for everyone.

Another Trip to Ireland

I traveled to Galway and Dublin, Ireland last March for business. As is the case most of the time, it was cold, wet, and windy. We stayed in a way too modern hotel called simply the "G."

The hotel was actually the first attempt at interior design for a former hat designer. ...yes I said hats. in the end, the hotel ended up being the most most fun part of the trip. : )

If you look very closely, you will see this image is actually a self portrait (click to enlarge). ↓

They had this marvellously pink bar area. When I mean pink, this image really doesn't do it full justice. : )

Most of the walls we very dark and the upper hallways were peppered with these fairly large chairs sitting in odd places along the hallway to our rooms. ↓

The dinning area too was really quite colorful. ↓

Another self portrait. This time in the "blue" bar. ↓

Every fancy hotel must have odd art work that no one else would ever really buy. ↓

I also took a bit of a walk around Galway. The remaining are a few of the images I captured. ↓
