The Morey Family Trip to Salt Lake City - Thursday

On Thursday Mom, Dad, Becky, Kathy, Libby, Debbie, and I went to the Timpanogos Temple. We had a great time. Very uplifting.

Later in the day a few of us took off to other family obligations, and some wen to BYU to enjoy a night of ice cream and bowling.

After that, we all headed back to Kathy's again to hang out and laugh some more.

On thing did surprise us as we woke that morning...

We awoke to 6-7 inches of snow!!! In mid April. : ( ↓

My Father asked the question... "If April showers bring May flowers" what does 6 inches fo snow bring? ...global warming?" : )

The kids loved it a headed out to play ↓

The adults stayed warm as we prepared for our trip to the temple. ↓

We were trying to make Becky smile. ↓

Debbie made a crazy face that I thought I could have a bit a fun with... ↓

...Using a bit of Photo Shop, I modified her teeth and accentuated her eyes to turn her into a vampire. ↓ Click and zoom in. You will see how real of a vampire she really can be. : )

QE2 has an infection smile. Doesn't she? ↓

Alex goofing off. : ) ↓

I mentioned this on Facebook, but I'll say it here as well. One of the things I like about being a Morey is when we laugh, we laugh with our whole body and soul. We all love to laugh. : )))

Being a trained stylist, Libby cut Becky's hair before she prepared for the night. ↓

Debbie pitched in by arranging some flowers that were going to be given as a gift. ↓

My Mom. She is simply a wonder and the most perfect person I have ever known. ...I love ya, Mom. ↓

BYU Creamery has great ice cream. ↓

We were soon off to our bowling. ↓

I hit a few good ones, but was far from the winner of the night. ↓

Yet another strike. This little guy has "it" ↓

...and another winner for Alex! He lead the pack most of the night. ↓

After a while, we all started to get a little tired. ↓

The end of a fun evening. ↓

What a good looking clan. ↓

Afterward, we headed back to Kathy's house to hang out some more and for Debbie to find new ways to make us laugh again. ↓

This was Debbie's impression of being a "fly on the wall."
