The kids recently had the opportunity to go with the primary to visit the Boston Temple. They each got dressed up in their Sunday best, and received illustrative temple recommends. They even got the chance to go into the temple and "present" their recommend at the front desk.
Afterward, they met with a member of the Temple Presidency and visited the nearby home of the Temple Matron where they each got a choice of cookies.
It was a special memory for each of them.

Not all, but a bunch of the kid's primary group.

Here is a copy of their "Recomend" : )
This is one of Rachel's close friends.

Sarah too went, but she didn't make it through the entire activity.

what a great idea for your primary presidency. Sara looks so cute sleeping and Rachel looks so big!
Hi Dave! I don't know if you remember me, I was Steph's friend when we were in the fun ages of 12-16 or so...heather antczak. sarah is so cute! and I don't know what you looked like when you were little, but ethan looks like he might be the spitting image of you! I have one that looks exactly like my husband, quentin, and he is really fun to watch (my son's disposition is much better I am told : ))
I used to live in Providence & would go up to Boston & New England a lot, so it is nice to look at your posts. I just thought I would say hi to you & bethany, since I peruse periodically! Your kids are SOO cute & Sarah is beautiful.
The weird thing is on one of your posts Rachel has 2 different colored shoes. We found a VOA that sold knock-off crocs for $5.00, so we bought the baby 2 pair. For awhile, we lost one green right and one left yellow, so he wore one of each. We called it his "limon" shoes. I think he & Rachel might start a trend!
